This 1953 article shows Henry Croco in his recently acquired 1909 EMF Thrifty Thirty.

Croco envisioned forming a  "Horseless Carriage Club" for pre-1916 cars.

There were a number of other Casper enthusiasts who owned pre-1916 cars.

Croco himself owned several pre-1916 cars, including a 1902 Waverly Electric Stanholt,

1906 Franklin Roadster, 1906 Little Roadster, 1908 Patterson, and 1907 Standard.

Within a year, Croco's dream would come true with formation of the Casper Chapter, Horseless Carriage Club of America.
